Customer Service

If you have any questions, please give Customer Service a call Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 8:00PM PST at 702-582-7374, and we will be happy to assist. Our store is operated by a wonderful group of volunteers (who also love to wheel); therefore, it may take up to 24 hours to receive a response back Monday through Friday, or 48 hours on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays… because weekends and holidays are made for wheelin’!

Shipping & Order Pickup

Hump ’N’ Bump Orders

Orders placed specifically for Hump ’N’ Bump will be available for pickup, free of charge, only at the Clark County Fairgrounds during open registration hours.

Local Pickup

Orders purchased online can be picked up free of charge at the next Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers meeting, held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, except on holidays. See Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers Event Calendar for meeting dates and times. Orders for local pickup must be placed two days prior to the meeting.

Shipping

All orders received by 2pm PST will ship out on the next business day, excluding holidays and wheeling days, subject to stock on hand. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Las Vegas, Nevada, via USPS.

Return Policy

We will be happy to exchange any wearable item for a like item, pending stock. Returned products must be new, unworn, and in saleable condition. Exchanges can only be done at Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers meetings, and must be requested at least two days prior to the meeting. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. Hump ’N’ Bump dinner tickets, raffle prizes, and raffle tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you find an error in your order received, please contact Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers within 24 hours of receipt.

Website Prices

Prices are shown for each product throughout the Website, and we do our best to hold our prices for one year. Due to cost fluctuations by manufacturers our prices are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to keep our Website error free. In the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to correct the error. We are unable to price match, or refund due to items placed on sale after purchase has been completed.
